Interactive Net Server v7.0.454.4 Lines: 123 I didn't tell u to look for any missing files, I suggest u try searching the MESSAGES here at Santronics using "cswsk32.ocx" as one of your search parameters, I know you'll find something about it; someone else may have or did have a similar problem or question at one time, and the threads around that inquiry may lead you to an answer for your particular dilemma. If you can't take enough initiative to do a little researching and self help that's your problem; don't expect us to do it for you. Microsoft DOES sell you WORD and most of the other MS products and then DOES expect that you are patient or savvy enough to find some answers on your own, whether you have to UPGRADE or find patch files (gee, dare I mention security hole patches and Microsoft in the same breath?) or call the help desk or search the knowledge base, etc. (for a price I might add). You won't get any farther with MS by implying that they release non-working products than you will here. Cop an unfounded attitude here and ye shall reap what ye sows or possibly not reap at all. We'd love to help, what OS/ver are you running, are you current with the AUP, etc, etc? Give us fish some bait to bite on, when we're hungry don't throw us bare hooks and DO NOT throw rocks in our pond to get our attention. My casino works fine, I can install, uninstall, reinstall it at will from win95 to win98 to winnt w.o. problems. At least 1 other person has better patience control than you or I- he has offered one or 2 possible solutions to you. I hinted (rather sarcastically I admit) for you to search the messages here and subtly recommended checking to see if there are any available upgrades for wccasino - there is one at least, wccasinoupgrade.exe. I didn't/don't say this will definitively solve your problem, but hoped you might try looking around while you await some other input. I'm sorry I pissed in your cornflakes, but I am very proud to use the WINS products and accept that when/if there are problems that there will be answers or solutions eventually. I don't always get answers or fixes when I want them and not everything I have from WINS works perfectly or exactly as I expect it, BUT IT STILL WORKS TO ONE DEGREE OR ANOTHER, and I paid for mine too, and I also have been active and up to date on the AUP since I first purchased WINS, so there! Even when I do get upset with or at Hector, I don't make defamatory statements or accusations about him or his business practices unless I can back it up, and I definitely wouldn't do it out here in public for God and everybody else to see. Hector releases all his software WORKING at all times. He subsequently may have to debug it a bit to get it working PROPERLY, but it still works. It is fairly accepted practice to check for updates and patches for any software when it is first purchased. Saying Hector releases non-working software is like saying Chevy sells non-working cars, it just don't happen. Sometimes things don't work as designed, then we seek fixes (and with Chevy we can only hope for the best). I also apologize to the rest of the group here for getting into this ridiculous flaming.
