Joe,

1. Remove the catalyst stuff by uninstalling if it still exists
2. Do a search on the file in question
3. If the file doesnt exist, attempt a re-install
or
3. if the file does exist then attempt to register it with com by typing in
at the command prompt
    regsvr32 cswsk32.ocx, this will register it with the com subsystem.
4. re-run

if the file doesnt exist, does exist but isnt registered, or maybe its the
wrong version then you will recieve an error such as this.
(by version I dont mean the actual version of the ocx, but the version of
the TypeLib info stored as a resource in the ocx)

The file you are looking for is called an Active-X container or control. It
contains a set of exposed "interfaces" that can be reached via com through
an API called DLLGetClassObject. In order for it to work it needs neccessary
information in the registry that describes its location among other things,
this is done through a call to DLLRegisterServer which is called when you
run regsvr32.

Normally what happens when it is installed, the installer places this
information in the registry, any number of things can cause this information
not to be entered, like the installer, abnormal installation, and a variety
of system malfunctions..

It really doesnt help to lay blame on anyone, this type of error can happen
with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop or anything that is installed on a windows
box. It doesnt happen frequently but it can still happen..

With a little patience someone here can get you up and running
