Y in hell would I spend my days searching for missing files... WHEN I
should be able to download a program install it and run it... I paid
money to do so... Y would I expect any less.

Microsoft doesn't sell me Word and expect me to spend my time looking
for missing files... They give me the install that works.

I try to run the upgrade but it doesn't work...
