      Title: Mushroom Gravy

      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 ts Oil
      4 oz Sliced fresh mushrooms*
      2 cl Garlic; minced
 10 1/2 oz Can turkey gravy
      2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
      1 tb Dry sherry; opt
    1/4 c  Water or chicken broth
 
  Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high
  heat. Add mushrooms. Cook 6 minutes, or until lightly
  browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook 15
  seconds. Add gravy; cook until heated through, stirring
  frequently. Stir in parsley and sherry, if desired. Thin
  with water, if necessary.
  
  Yield: 10 servings
