It is unclear to me whether you mean:

a) The Santronics ˙Sysop Client˙
b) A third Party DHTML based Sub-Menu Add-on

Santronics Sysop Client

Please start a Command Prompt. Change to your Wildcat! root folder and type

       aup.chm

Search on Sysop Client and read the section entitled 
   
       Wildcat! Web Sysop Menu

The AUP documentation explains how to configure the client using wcconfig.


3rd Party DHTML Sub-menu Add-ons

I am only aware of two commonly used DHTML based Sysop Menu add-ons.  Both
applications installed into the \template folder, but required an
activation key to work.  Unfortunately the developers of both applications
are now retired from the workforce and no longer reachable.  You would need
to seek an alternative application publisher.
