Its a start, but it works with the following meta header: This helps to begin the scaling correctly for all devices, including desktop browsers. Its not perfect but at least the buttons and text are bigger. Pages will be changes in in there to accomodate mobile devices. What I need to know is what browser.xxxxxxxx properties are available for the android devices (i.e. google stuff).
