 That is a diversion. Saying it's not constitutional is not saying it
 should not be done, only that one more step is needed to do it. He is
 hiding the fact that he doesn't want it done under any circumstances under
 a constitutional smoke screen.

 I do not want my money spent on wars on countries that we have no
 justification to attack. Especially I don't want my money spent on stupid
 wars. Yet John has no problem with spending all our money on such wars.
