I found another "problem" is there a setting or a fix for the 
German/Swiss "umlauts"... if I send a mail within Wildcat (Telnet) to 
another user internal the umlauts working perfect. If I try to send a mail 
from wildcat (telnet) to the internet the umlauts are making troubles.
