Two weeks ago I received what I thought was a ZoneAlarm update pop-up. Without thinking I clicked on the update and low-and-behold my computer crashed with a dead still blue screen, and absolutely not access. It took me and the guy who built my computer about 5 days to fix it. That's the last time I will break my own rules.
