I would  always want to keep open mind about keeping in touch wit family.  
With todays technology it facilitate keeping in touch.

My heart doctor said he did not want to see for 6 months.  I was going very 3 nd then 4 months interval. So my heart is stronger and I can walk with out assistance and up to a mile with few rest stops.
