MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Red Lobster Copycat Biscuits Categories: Red, Lobster Yield: 12 Servings 1 c Skim milk 1/3 c Fat-free mayonnaise 1 tb Sugar 4 ts Baking powder 2 c All-purpose flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Garlic powder 2/3 c Grated cheddar cheese Liquid margarine Combine flour,sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in bowl. Add milk and mayonnaise. Mix with rubber spatula until not quite smooth, adding cheddar cheese when almost done mixing. Blend thoroughly into dough. Place blobs of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet. Give each blob one light spray of liquid margerine. Bake at 450 degrees about 25 minutes until golden.
