      Title: Chicken Pizza
 Categories: Breads, Poultry, Cheese, Sauces, Beans
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Boned skinned chicken; in 1"
           - pieces
      1 tb Olive oil
      1    Prebaked 12" pizza crust
    1/4 c  Prepared pesto
      1 lg Tomato; chopped
    1/2 c  Canned black beans; rinsed,
           - drained
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese
 
  In a large skillet, cook and stir chicken in oil over
  medium heat 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink.
  
  Place the crust on a lightly greased 12" pizza pan.
  Spread with pesto; top with the chicken, tomato, beans
  and cheeses. Bake @ 400ºF/205ºC for 10-12 minutes or
  until cheese is melted.
