      Title: Confetti Cake Batter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies
      Yield: 24 servings
 
    1/2 c  Butter; softened
      2 lg Eggs; room temp
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 15 1/4 oz Box Funfetti cake mix
 
  In a large bowl, beat butter, eggs and vanilla until
  combined. Beat in cake mix. Refrigerate, covered, 2
  hours or until firm enough to roll.
  
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  On a well-floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-in.
  thickness. Cut with a floured 2-1/2-in. cookie cutter.
  Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until
  set, 8-10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to
  cool completely. Decorate as desired.
