It needs a lot of spice added to your bowl as this doesn't have any heat at all. MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 by AccuChef (tm) www.AccuChef.com Title: Wendy's Chili Clone (Andrea's) Categories: Crockpot Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ground Beef 2 c Beef Broth 1/4 c Strained Tomatoes 1/2 T Chili Powder 2 t Minced Garlic 1/4 t Tex Mex Seasoning 1 1/2 c Celery,Chopped 1 c Onion,Chopped 1 c Mushroom,Chopped 1 c Red Bell Peppers,Chopped [Note: Andrea's slow cooked chili. You can add beans if you wish and it will be a pretty darn close clone of the chili Wendy's serves in Canada. ] Brown the beef first, add to slow cooker, then add vegetables and seasoning.
