One of my childhood meals is mashed potatoes, cream of mushroom gravy, hamburger, and peas. Simple, filling and good. Lately, I have been adding ground chicken to mac and cheese. Surprisingly good. Going to make some "chicken mac" tonight. I add rosemary and garlic aseasoning to it and it's quite tasty and filling.
