    3/4    Bowl of red dates
     15    Black dates
     50 g  Bei qi
     50 g  Dang shen
    100 g  Longan meat
     20 g  Wolfberries
      1    Ginger piece
 
  Remove all the seeds from the dates.
  
  Pound ginger and wash all the ingredients.
  
  Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and fill it up with water.
  
  Set the temperature to high and 2-3 hours for it to start boiling.
  
  Once it starts to boil, reduce the temperature to low and leave it
  for a slow boil over 8 hours.
  
  Serve when ready.
