Probably the most important thing to "stock" is new silicone seals - at

      Title: Velveeta Classic Nacho Dip
 Categories: Five, Appetizers, Cheese
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Onion; chopped
      2 tb Butter
      1 lb Velveeta; diced
      8 oz Salsa
      2 tb Chopped cilantro
 
  Saute onions in butter; reduce heat to low. Add rest of
  ingredients; stir until process cheese spread is melted.
  
  Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
