      Title: Chocolate Chip Pancakes
 Categories: Pancakes
      Yield: 1 servings

      1 c  Pancake mix
    1/3 c  Mini chocolate chips
      1    Egg
      1 tb Vanilla extract
      1 c  Whole milk
           Oil for skillet

  Beat egg, milk, and vanilla extract in bowl. Add in sifted pancake
  mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Fry over medium heat until it forms
  bubbles and then flip over and cook on the other side.

  Serve with butter, syrup, and garnish with fresh sliced banana and
  chocolate chips.
