      Title: Tuna Cheese Sandwiches
 Categories: Seafood, Breads, Cheese, Nuts, Vegetables
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      6 oz Can tuna; drained, flaked
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c  Chopped walnuts
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Whole milk
      1 ts Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 ts Onion salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
     10 sl Whole wheat bread
  2 1/2 c  Finely shredded lettuce
 
  In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.
  
  On five slices of bread, layer 1/2 cup lettuce and about
  1/4 cup tuna mixture; top with remaining bread.
