I prefer my celery raw and crunchy. I mostly use it diced up in tuna or chicken salad ..... unless it's called out in an ingredients list - like for a stew, etc. And then I have to parse the recipe to be sure the list really means "stalk" instead of "stick" or "rib". A stalk of celery is a LOT. JW> I love cauliflower and am always on the outlook for new ways to JW> cook it. Normal is just a setting on your washing machine or clothes dryer.
