I supposed it could lead to that.  I, like you, don't see any issues with
that.  You had better not let the guys in POLITICS hear you say that,
though, or you will be labeled a "lefty parrot" and they will (supposedly)
ignore you.  :O  :D

I am on the fence when it comes to gene editing.  It could lead to the ability
to fix disorders before they happen.  It could also lead to being able to make
several other alterations for other, less charitable, reasons.
