They listen to what the people using the program say, and make adjustments, as possible to meet what people would like. True story. I worked for a large company that spent a couple of million dollars on a new modification for their program to help with logistics. I was invited to test. I broke their program in 10 seconds. The Project manager hated me. "Why would you do that?" We were in a conference room next to the Customer Service Department and Shipping Department. I pointed at those areas and said "I know how these people think. It's something they would do." The coders were across the table from me madly making notes for adjustments. The Project Manager kicked me out of testing. The coders called me for the rest of my time at that company to have my input. I gave them real life results. --- tg2fido.pl * Origin: Telegram to fido gate by Stas Mishchenkov (2:460/58) .
