Subj : you call THAT a scar? I had about an 8" wound in the arm from a piece of barb wire fence that swung back at me when it was cut. Instant reflex placed my arm in front of my face, but the arm lost about an 1/8" deep and about as much wide valley of flesh down to some white meat. After it happend, I thought it was fascinating how the blood was slowly filling up the gap. Today, the scar is about half its original length. I didn't bother with a doctor. Mom just irrigated the wound and bandaged it up as best we could to squeeze the opening shut. Afterwards, I would proudly display my "fencing (sabre) wound". I had always imagined trying the sport of fencing, but after my incident, I didn't have to - I already had a fascinating scar to display courtesy of my own version of fencing! "You call THAT a scar? But the presence of the echos on the smartphone allows you to take a piece of fidonet along wherever you go. Maybe younger people who's phones are extensions of themselves would like to give it a try. -- ../|ug --- OpenXP 5.0.46 * Origin: (2:221/1.58) .
