currently developed by Daniel FitzGerald.  Topics which are on-topic
include the BBS, included C-Net utilities, Pfiles, JoinLink and
related programs.

Topics also may include discussion of operating systems  which C-Net
supports (Amiga, Commodore 64 and Commodore 128) as far as how they
relate to C-Net.
