I wonder if this will cut down on the burner gmail accounts scammers use if 
they have to auth to a physical device? This will also make it easier for
Google to track who owns the accounts.

I for one am very tired of having to block and report gmail accounts from 
garbage people impersonating our managers to try and get gift cards.
