Precisely.  Publishing/advertising is the key whether it is the  
Fidonews newsletter, the FIDONEWS, or ECHO_ADS or some of the  
other "sysop" echos too.

And, if can be in the Fidonews newsletter, it can be helpful in  
the automated Elist system too.
