I see that on your Synchronet web interface there is even much more room than
40. Looks good! Again.. a wordier subject can serve as a pretty good preview of
what's inside.

I think Stas pick 40 because it's about the best length when viewing on the
Telegram app for smartphone before the line would wrap. So, we get the
potential for a "long" subject, but not too long so wraps and looks ugly in the
app.
