Subj : Color64 v8 in WinVICE

Hi all!

So, trying to set up Color64 v8 in WinVICE, and for some reason when the
+setup utility goes to write the bbs.parms file, it says that the file
can not be found when it goes to scratch the old one.  Is there a way
around or a fix to this?  I can probably manually create the file, but I
am not sure how to make the check mark symbol on the PC keyboard in
WinVICE, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
