It's best feature is arguably a simpler syntax for doing speedier graphics stuff but a lot of the convenient C-64 key combinations for things like upper/lower case and character color aren't available. OTOH, the cart does support function key programming with immediate execute and you can always save the key definitions to a file for future use.
