But there is nothing in that process that precludes an individual's right to agency. GP> Stores are personally owned property & there is an GP> understood, even if no sign, "Owner has the inherent right GP> to refuse anyone." I don't think refusal of "anyone" would get very far in Ontario. The victim can get the Constitutional Rights people behind them, and win. GP> You don't NEED to be in Safeway. DMV is different -- it's GP> publically owned & you sre required by las to GP> occasionally show up there so you can arguye your GP> personal rights are infringed if you're refused access. The same basis applies in any shop open to the public in Ontario. As long as the "undesirable" enters a place of biz to do biz, then there is nothing the shop owner can do - unless that "undesireable" poses a threat to others, or is there NOT to primarily conduct business. If don't like people who wear yellow shirts to enter my shop, I can't stop them, if they are there to conduct biz. GP> But be aware, the government & police always reserve the right to cheat. A decent(read: expensive) Constituitional lawyer GP> would have the charges summarily thrown out before you GP> stand in court. The best thing to do is to NOT engage with an officer. Just finish the purchase and get out. The shop owner cannot refuse to do biz on that basis. If he does, the shop owner can be faced with a discrimination case. It's best to make the sale, and have the person leave as soon as possible. GP> I'm seeking new work, so Im double-vaxxed, just in case GP> not being so will make a difference. I'm 95% sure my GP> immune system can kick any coronavirus' arse easily GP> enough, but if I can push that nearer to 100, why not? There is "science" emerging that basically shows that the more one receives the covid jab, one's own natural immune system is less capable to fight the said virus naturally. The recipient becomes reliant on the jab. Call the booster what it really is: a re-vaxx. But additional jabs do not increase the effectiveness towards 100% at all. GP> If needed, my immune system, tempered by swimming in GP> liquid sewage as a kid, will surely destroy any harmful GP> RNAs that the vaccine shots contained, & keep those that GP> will enhance its ability to fight this novel SARS-bred GP> cold virus. I dunno about that. You might be the sole test case for that theory! :D GP> I'm extremnely pissed that Trudeau gave that lab in Wuhan GP> our top bat virus scioentist, asll of his Winnipeg lab's GP> virus samples, & a million dollars. I did not hear that news! Or.. I managed to somehow forget about it just like they wanted most people to do. GP> Then the traitor GIVES China 16 tonnes of defensive GP> medical equipment, who immediately sold it to yhe US for GP> a nice profit. I did not hear that one either. That one sounds incredible, but believable! GP> Ok, rant over. . . :) When you gotta let it out, you gotta let it go.
