I can't drink the Tim's version of coffee.  There is added  
sodium that creates a modest inflamation in my lips and in my  
mouth, recently. It really wasn't a problem with their coffees  
before. I know it's sodium, because I get the same reaction/ 
sensitivy with other high sodium goods.

Haven't tried their decaf (which I would prefer since I've  
dropped drinking caffeinated coffee all together for a while  
now).

But I simply brew my own with a paper cone gizmo over the cup.  
Good enuff.
