My fix was a bandaid designed for fixing the REP (reply to QWK) packet
for the Bluewave user reader.  I never tried doing anything for the
BLUEWAVE door on Maximus.  Perhaps some others did -- check the WIKI
article on BlueWave to see if there is any recent discussion there.

In fact, my fix is obsolete now that Richard Backus has supplied a true
patch for the reader.  If that is not described in the WIKI, then
perhaps you might ask him (through Nancy).
