Bob was a friend of mine and we did business together.  The code was given to 
him.  It could have been viewed as payment for other things we were working on 
or loss of income for projects that I was not going to be able to complete due 
to exiting fidonet. So in his eyes, I could see his point of view that he 
purchased it and would make that statement but no money or contract exchanged 
between us when I turned it over to him.


Bob and I spent lots of time talking, coding and spending money on our hobby 
and the great ideas we had.  It was also 16 years ago and other than the emails 
I have, my memory on all details is not what it use to be. :)

Ken I am sure will release something pretty good once he can get the resources 
on it.
