Ok, this is still an issue I am having here.  I go to turn on the "Allow 
Taglines" option for this echo and BBBS/2 still forces the echo to be "no 
taglines allowed".  This behavior was also in the last release.  Could Kim or 
someone explain what is happening here or is bbbs.english a no-tagline zone?
