If you think that's a good'un, listen to this...  I'm still signed up with 
googlegroups.com, basically because I'm lazy and I thought my situation was 
'safe' (sort of thing).  Now, googlegroups used to send me daily "digests" of 
NASA posts in two newsgroups which worked well from March 2010 to September 
2011.  (I never used their on-line groups cr#p, except to config an email 
tunnel thing into a local echo.)  Suddenly, on 2 Sep 2011, nothing came through 
the pipeline and I've seen nothin more since till the night of 29 October 2013! 
 Yep, you guessed right.  I received _a_ digest, containing posts for the 
previous week!  Evidently, something in the plumbing at Google cleared 
momentarily.  :)

I count myself lucky to have this echo as a primary source of NASA-related 
news.  The only time I go on-line for  NASA-related stuff these days is to 
follow-up on EwwToob flick links posted herein.
