But...since you want "sources"...stay tuned; Here's something from Business Insider's science section: This is dated July of 2016 and speaks of China trying to end drought by firing salt and mineral-filled bullets into the atmopsphere in an attempt to ether bring or stop rain. At least 52 countries, including the United States, have current weather modification programs. It goes back to the 1940's, It has been refered to as "Operation Popeye"..."Operation Intermedia"...and "Operation Compatriot". Whenever too many people caught on to it the name would get changed. It's the old `rain-maker' scam up-dated.
