I'm very glad I stumbled onto something.(!)  The email they sent to me in July 
stated that the list server would be working again in early August and here we 
are just past mid-September and it still isn't.  I check there every day and a 
few days ago, three new articles appeared with different dates, but posted on 
the same day.
