Subj : Almost missed observation

Unbeknownst to me, but knownst to my son-in-law, the ISS passed over pour city 
yesterday.  I was surprised I wasn't notified by NASA, but they have been 
silent toward me lately.  Anyway, it winked at me as it passed overhead.
