Hey Nancy!

 NB> continue to have dribs and drabs of snow.....

We got a dusting overnight.  More predicted too.  On the plus side it doesn't 
look heavy enough to cause any damage.  :::knock on wood:::

 NB> and got hit bad with the polar vortex

It's been at the top of the news here.  We're supposed to get a small taste of 
it over the next couple of days except here it is called "arctic outflow" via 
mountain passes on the mainland.  Tonight is predicted to drop to -6C-ish which 
is nowhere near as cold as what they are seeing out east.  Overnight should be 
the worst of it with this latest bout with winter.
