Most of their folks are local, although their Internet call center is not (I am guessing they are reselling someone else's service there). Possible the electric call center is not local any more or, at least, not local on weekends. I have been very impressed by their cable service folks. The guys they send out to the house know their stuff. The electric I am neutral about, I've never had to deal with them (yet) on water or sewer, but the folks at that Internet call center are going from script and seem to know less about their service than at least a partially-savvy user can already figure out.
