I know that over the years, I did see some updates for a while... And the game as it is plays nicely... The sysop can add words to the dictionary, when requested or as he sees fit... mark added in updates from later Official Scrabble dictionaries to the version he had... and passed that along to Shawn for the version he's running on Ezycom, which by the way is also still being updated, IIRC.... ttyl neb ....
