True, but if the pktheader is rejected because the link cannot handle a certain 
pktheader type then the formatting of the packed message(s) becomes irrelevant.

Speaking for 1:153/7001 the issue has been resolved despite any misgivings and 
regrets it has caused anyone, especially the nodelisted sysop of 1:153/7001.  
He did state that he would end up regretting this and that prediction has 
proved itself to be 100% accurate.
