NB> But of which there is still being used software which employs it Usually (always?) in GUI-land on a terminal restricted to that enviroment. I believe I am one of the few not using or depending on a GUI and thus am far less restricted since the total space of the monitor is available to whatever apps I use, in this case vim (aka vi). NB> I'm sure it looks more impressive on your end of things Hard for either of us to say for sure. Most people around here are intimidated by everything they see, both on the monitor(s) as well as by the infrastructure. However at least a few of them appreciate the way the one machine treats their so-called smart devices and gives them access to whatever it is they find so interesting in the outside world over the wireless connection. For them, all is not lost. Life is good, Maurice .... Don't cry for me I have vi. --- GNU bash, version 4.4.12(1)-release (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu) * Origin: Little Mikey's Brain - Ladysmith BC, Canada (1:153/7001) .
