 CS> Hehehe Echo public normally quiet.  Private one varies with

The public one comes alive in November (election) and the first week of 
December (election fallout) and then it dead for the rest of the year.  If I am 
not mistaken, I was probably the only poster on the rest of the year but gave 
that up a number of years ago due to lack of any real insight into fidonet 
standards.
