Looks like the BBS is using UTC since it arrived here long before 02:22:54 EST. 
 If so it appears it got posted rougly 23 miinutes later which is good timing 
all things considered.  I definetly have the advantage of being able to post 
directly to the BBS so that the msg header's datetime was 02:00:00 (UTC) and 
the extra special datetime stamp was -={ Sun Nov  5 21:00:00 EST 2017 }=-.  I 
doubt I can get more accurate than that.
