I can replicate and confirm the six lines on my display by piping it to 'fold 
-s -w 80'.  That ensures all output is limited to the old style 80 character 
line widths of days long gone by.  Also worth mentioning is that if multibyte 
utf-8 characters are present then they can cause problems with wordwrapping on 
systems that follow the '1 char = 1 byte' standard.

Yes.  I was going to wait and test it on the raspberry pi but that is on hold 
until at least the weekend, probably longer.  It was good to confirm that now 
nano can handle what is needed to truly make fidonet messaging great.  Truly a 
sight to behold.  No?
