For sure.  I got the impression that her later source was scarier and more 
believable than anything I told her.  Not being a Catholic school girl I only 
had rumours to build my stories on and downplayed them in the retelling.

Probably.  At any rate, no harm no foul.  We all managed to survive somehow ... 
especially the hormonal teenage years.  :::shudder:::
