Hey Nancy!

This is much better.  I posted a test msg to you in the COOKING echo and noticed I hadn't upgraded the cybertoast tagline creation function.  Looking below I see it looks to be fixed.  The function also contains a leap year checker and should add YYYY-02-29 to the tagline when it is a leap year.
