I have to admit I cheated and had a small taste the other day just to ensure I 
had done the right thing and it was up to the occasion.  I am sure it is, and 
notably is tastier than the 12 year old, although maybe I have been prejudiced 
by the extra cost.  I don't think so though.

That is my story and I am sticking to it.

So far it looks to be accurate although it is set to UTC and not yours or my 
local time which gives us a few hours to play with.  :-)
