For the sooner event, I'll probably be using my not-that-long-ago
purchased Macallan 12... unless I still have the leftovers from the
Glenmorangie tasting... I've got about a shot plus of the original 10
and about the same for the port cask 12, iirc....  and an empty bottle
of the sherry cask 12, which all of us tasting decided was the
nicest.... ;)
